This Villa is conceived as a pure geometric piece that is inserted in the landscape offering impressive framed views of the landscape.

In the basement -2 is located the garage, a wine cellar and a technical area. In the first basement there is a large gymnasium and a couple of bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, which open onto the landscape, filling the room with light and privacy.
On the ground floor is the entrance to the house. After a small hall, we arrive at a spacious and open-plan living-dining-kitchen area. This opens completely to the outside, and in it is located a porch of more than 5m. A structural boast that makes the house unique.
On the upper floor there is a third bedroom and the master bedroom above the aforementioned porch. A large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a 180 degree panoramic view over the landscape.
